A rather lovely carved Alabaster Floor Lamp, circa 1930.  It has a veined globe shade with fringing effect which sits above the decorated stem, the base being 7 sided.
There are some nibbles to the base and also to the mid section of the stem but this doesn't detract from the elegance and beauty of the lamp.
